Great bike lock that is sturdy and well made. I have read the reviews about it being hard to lock and I have no issues and use the lock daily. Great brand and great price for peace of mind while locking up e bike at work.

The quality of the lock is very good and the weight of it and my past experience with this brand give me confidence in its ability to protect my property. Unfortunately using the key is a bit tricky and a hassle. At first I thought it was "operator error" on my part but over time, it seems there really is a pattern that needs to be followed to engage the lock once it has been opened. It shouldn't be this hard. It takes multiple attempts and I have to be very thoughtful about how I remove the key, position the lock and then engage the locking mechanism every time I use it. Not sure I would buy this version again if I knew this in advance.

This is really a great lock. I had another lock before but this one beats it by far. I can have my coffee at a cafe without having to worry about my bike.

I use this bike-lock on my bike almost everyday. It feels secure and is able to cover both my front wheel, my frame, AND my helmet. On several occasions, the key seems stuck in the lock and doesn't function smoothly, which has been quite annoying. I do NOT know what triggers such malfunctions, but in the end it always opened again, and this has not happened in some time. The apparent randomness of this stuck-key issue baffles me.

I ordered two Kryptonite locks. They have not been used (by us); this is the condition in which they arrived. Both locks and their packaging show visible scratches and signs of wear. Since they were sold as new, this was disappointing. The locks seem solid, but the cosmetic condition did not meet expectations.

Few months using it now and I’m quite happy. In rainy season common for the lock to get jammed, so u used the bike oil to lubricate and it worked very well after that.
